Highlight where more education is needed on existing alternatives
The overall objective of AIA's research
was to understand why consumers and SMEs continue to use cheques.
In particular we sought to uncover the features of cheque payments that
make committed cheque users reluctant to relinquish them, whilst also
asking if there are still particular uses of cheques for which there
are not yet any adequate alternatives.
